During nine month, from July 25, 2003 - May 13, 2004, photographs and notes are collected on watersides in Amsterdam, resulting in the water map of Amsterdam. The text fragments are colored between blue and green and intuitively placed into the topographical map of solely water in Amsterdam according to the digital-high-model, while the text colors correspond to the altitude of the area from + 47 m above sea level to - 4,94 m below sea level according to the digital hight model:
