'plane' is the inverted transmission of a plane tree [Platane] growing in front of the exhibition space.

A live camera transmits the real-time image of the branches of the tree,
while the image is projected in negative onto the wall facing the tree.
Since the images is converted, the viwer entering the room and passing the live camera appears
on screen too as a white silhouette, with the black shadow - produced by the light of the video projector - next to it.

On a specific position in space, which depends on the size of the viewer,
the viewer's white silhouette and its' black shadow meet on screen.
